The Equipex GL2-5000 is a Geoline Persica countertop induction cooker with two 8" coils laid out side-by-side. It has a stainless steel case, a 4 mm vitroceramic glass top and 5.0 kW total power, with each zone running from as low as 25 W. Each zone has its own on/off, +/-, 20 power levels and a 99-minute timer. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 21/24 A, with a NEMA L6-30P plug.
Have a dedicated 208/240V single-phase circuit with a NEMA L6-30P receptacle in place before delivery.
Two zones sit side by side on a low 3-3/4" tall body that is only 16" deep, so it fits shallow counters and buffet lines.
