The Equipex OCT3000 Octopus is a kitchen-in-a-box countertop induction cooker with two 1,500 W zones and precision touch controls. It comes with a removable cutting board, an enameled cast iron grooved griddle plate, a splash guard and night cover, and two 7" wide side shelves on pullout rails. The stainless steel body is 23-5/8" W x 16-1/4" D x 8-5/8" H and has an accessory storage compartment. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 13/15 A, with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
Allow about 37-5/8" of counter width when both side shelves are pulled out.
Two induction zones with precision touch controls cook side by side, each up to 1,500 W.
A removable enameled cast iron grooved griddle plate sits on the glass for grilling; a flat plancha griddle is optional.
A removable cutting board and two 7" wide side shelves on pullout rails keep ingredients next to the pan.
A removable splash guard protects the area while cooking, and a night cover closes the unit after service.
An accessory storage compartment keeps plates and tools with the unit.
Automatic pan detection, power supply monitor, empty pan security and overheating protection; a removable grease filter cleans the air intake.

A grounded 208/240V single-phase receptacle for the NEMA 6-20P plug, on a dedicated circuit. It draws 13/15 A at 3.0 kW.
23-5/8" W x 16-1/4" D x 8-5/8" H, about 37-5/8" wide with the side shelves out. Leave 2-1/2" at the sides and rear.
