A compact 24-inch heated display that keeps pastries, pizza and sandwiches warm and in view on two shelves.
The Equipex WD-200 Gonagain is a stainless steel countertop warming display with a see-through plexiglass top. It has two 21-1/2" W x 13" D shelves, with a raised perforated bottom shelf for air flow, and lift-up doors on the front and back for dual service. A water pan adds humidity, and the thermostat goes up to 225°F. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet.
At 14" deep it fits on a narrow counter, with doors on both sides for staff and customers.
Lift-up doors on the front and back let staff load from one side and serve from the other.
Thermostatic control with a water pan for humidity, so food stays moist.
The perforated bottom shelf sits raised for air flow; a removable crumb tray sits below.
A plexiglass top shows the food from above; same as the WDL-200 without the light.
