The Equipex PSSE-600 is a 24" wide countertop electric griddle by Roller Grill with a one-piece 23" x 15" enameled steel cooking plate and integral rear and side splashes. Each of the two zones has its own thermostat up to 570°F, an on/off switch and pilot and temperature lights. The enameled steel plate reduces sticking and is easy to clean. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 4 kW, with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
