The Hatco Flav-R-Fresh FDWD-1X uses controlled heat and humidity to keep food fresh on display for hours, not minutes. It has one door, tempered glass sides and LED lighting. The 4-shelf multi-purpose stationary rack takes pans up to 13" wide and 18" deep. Separate heat and humidity controls keep crisp foods crisp and moist foods moist, and the controls and water reservoir sit on top for easy reach. It runs on 120V and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15 outlet.
