The Henny Penny FlexFusion Air is an integrated hood for FlexFusion Platinum electric combi ovens (FPE615, FPE115, FPE621 and FPE121). It mounts directly on the oven and condenses steam and vapor, so operators can place combi cooking where there is no dedicated ventilation system. It needs no water supply or drain of its own, switches on automatically, and runs on its own 120V connection.
Henny Penny lists only these electric FlexFusion Platinum models as compatible; it does not list gas FPG ovens or SpaceSaver models. Add the hood height to the oven height when you check the clearance above your counter or stand.
No additional external venting is required, so the oven can go where there is no dedicated hood system, for retherming and cooking that does not produce excess grease vapor or smoke.
