The Concasse EESTF2X18 from the Flambé line is an 18" stainless steel stock pot range with two high-capacity concentric cast iron burners, rated 45,000 BTU/hr each for 90,000 BTU/hr in total. It comes factory configured for LP gas, with an independent pilot for each burner, a removable cast iron grate and a grease and waste tray. Adjustable-height feet level it on an uneven floor.
