The TurboChef PLEXOR M2 PLM-9900-1-RR is a two-cavity multicook oven with two rapid cook cavities. The two modules run through one One-Touch interface, and TurboChef notes they can be configured in any combination and field-retrofitted if your menu changes. A UL (KNLZ) listed catalytic converter system lets it run without a hood for most foods. This version is the single cord model for one 208/240V 50 amp circuit; adaptive power management keeps results consistent while the cavities share power.

Both cavities combine impinged air with a top-launched microwave, so you can rapid cook two different items at the same time.

No hood is needed for most foods. The oven uses a UL (KNLZ) listed catalytic converter system for ventless operation. TurboChef excludes fatty raw proteins such as raw bone-in skin-on chicken, raw hamburger, bacon, sausage and steaks; for those, check local HVAC codes. Final approval is up to your local authority.

TurboChef's North American warranty covers parts and labor for 12 months from the date the oven ships from TurboChef, with on-site repair by an authorized service agent. Consumable accessories such as paddles and cleaning chemicals are not covered.
