TurboChef ventless ovens for volume: the Double Batch (HHD) with two independently controlled cavities, glass or solid doors, in 1-phase or 3-phase (-DL), the Single Batch (HHS) with one cavity, and the PLEXOR M2 (PLM) multicook oven with two rapid cook decks (RR), rapid cook over impingement (RI) or two impingement decks (II). All run on 208/240V.
