Description
The UNOX XUC175 MULTI.DAY HOT VACUUM is a vacuum device for sealing hot food in compatible MULTI.DAY trays. It works with the specified GN 1/1 or GN 1/2 tray-and-lid combination, supporting the intended EVEREO preparation and holding workflow.

Building the Packing Workstation
Use the specified MULTI.DAY containers and lids, and confirm the required compressed-air connection and workstation arrangement. Containers, lids and the optional stand are separate items. Follow the manufacturer process and applicable food handling requirements for the product being packed.
