The Vulcan VBP18ES is a VBP Series insulated holding and transport cabinet. It holds 18 18" x 26" sheet pans or 36 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. A blower moves heat gently and evenly, controlled by electronic control with digital display, for holding up to 190°F. It rolls on 5" heavy duty casters and plugs into a standard 120V outlet with the included NEMA 5-15 cord.
Measure doorways and elevators: the cabinet is 27-1/4" wide and 33-1/4" deep; the optional bumper adds 3-1/4" to the width and 1-5/8" to the depth.
A blower motor gives gentle, even temperature distribution so food holds without drying out at the edges.

Fully insulated with 1-1/2" in the side walls and 2" in the top, with a magnetic action door latch and field reversible doors.

A 120V outlet for the NEMA 5-15 plug. It draws 12.5 A (1,500 W). A 208/240V version with a NEMA 6-15 plug is a factory option.
