The Serv-Ware SWPWDS-1 is a 1-drawer warming drawer for restaurants, banquet kitchens and caterers that need to hold cooked food at serving temperature. Each drawer has its own LED digital temperature control, an indicator lamp and a vent control for dry or moist holding, with a range of 80°F to 220°F. The body is heavy duty stainless steel with 1" thick fiberglass insulation, and the drawer runs on 11 gauge stainless steel slides. Standard-size 12" x 20" x 4" pans are included.
