The Atosa CookRite CTCO-100 is a stainless steel countertop convection oven with 4 chrome racks, manual controls from 100°F to 500°F, a 120-minute timer and an interior light. It runs on 208V and adds a water line kit for steam, so it can take on bread and pastry work. The double-pane door glass stays cool to the touch.

Yes, on its 0.8" - 3.9" adjustable legs. Atosa's manual says not to install it on the floor and to keep it away from open-flame equipment such as charbroilers and griddles on the control side.
