A rolling oil filter that drains, cleans and pumps fryer oil back so it lasts longer.
The Atosa CookRite FPOF-50 is a mobile oil filter for kitchens with one or more floor fryers. Roll it under the fryer drain, drain up to 50 lb. of oil into the lift-out pan, and the reversible 1/3 HP pump returns filtered oil through a 5' high-temperature hose and wand. A filter catch basket and clean-out scoop come with it.

Questions buyers ask
How hot should the oil be when filtering?
Atosa's manual says to let the oil cool to about 225°F before draining it into the filter (another section says about 250°F). Hotter oil can damage the pump seals; cooler oil gets thick and strains the pump.
How much filter powder does it take?
Atosa's manual calls for 12 oz. of filter aid on the paper for the first fryer, plus 6 oz. for each additional fryer filtered in the same session.
What outlet does it need?
A grounded 115V outlet; Atosa lists 6 amps. Do not remove the grounding prong.
Which filter paper does it use?
Atosa filter paper FP-1324-5, 100 sheets per box, sold separately.
Does it work with any fryer?
Atosa designs it to roll under a floor fryer's drain. Check the height under your fryer's drain valve before ordering.
