A rolling shuttle that moves up to 60 lb of hot fryer oil to a 55-gallon drum without anyone lifting it.
The Henny Penny FS-100 Shortening Shuttle is for restaurants, delis and chicken shops that drain open fryers and haul used oil to a disposal drum. It holds 31 qt (60 lb) of hot oil, connects to the fryer drain with a flexible quick-disconnect hose, and rolls on an end-mounted 8" wheel assembly. The aluminum body weighs 25 lb empty and stores upright on a stainless steel wall hook.
Plan a wall spot near the fryers for the included stainless steel hook; the shuttle stores upright when not in use.
Drain the fryer into the shuttle, roll it to the container, set the spout on the rim and tip the wheel end up. The spout gives the leverage, so the crew never lifts a loaded shuttle.
The FS 100 spout height is designed for a standard 55-gallon drum, the most common used-oil container.
An aluminum body that weighs 25 lb empty rides on a reinforced, end-mounted 8" wheel assembly for easy pivoting.
A flexible drain hose with a quick-disconnect fitting connects to the fryer, and a stainless steel wall hook keeps the shuttle upright and out of the way.

The FS 100 spout height is designed for a standard 55-gallon drum. For dumpster-type containers up to 48" high, Henny Penny makes the taller FS 200.

Roll the shuttle to the container, set the spout on the rim, then lift the wheel end so the oil pours out. The spout acts as the pivot.
Henny Penny repairs or replaces defective parts for 2 years from the date of original installation; labor and up to 200 miles of round-trip travel are covered in the first year. Lamps, fuses, O-rings and gaskets are excluded, and the unit must be registered online with Henny Penny within 10 days of installation.
