The Serv-Ware SLC-12 is a 12" meat and deli slicer for delis, sandwich shops, restaurants and markets. A 1/3 HP fan-cooled motor turns a 12" alloy knife through a belt drive at a single speed, and the thickness adjusts up to 9/16". It has a safety guard, a built-in knife sharpener, thermal overload protection, non-slip feet and an anodized aluminum finish, and it carries cETLus, ETL Sanitation and CE marks per Serv-Ware.
