Atosa part 21201001019 is the fryer cover for the Atosa ATFS-35ES, ATFS-40, ATFS-50, ATFS-40ES and ATFS-50ES gas floor fryers. It sits over the fry pot while the fryer is off and lifts off by its stainless steel handle. The ATFS-75 and ATFS-75ES use a different cover (21201003015).

Atosa lists part 21201001019 as the fryer cover for the ATFS-35ES, ATFS-40, ATFS-50, ATFS-40ES and ATFS-50ES. The larger ATFS-75 and ATFS-75ES take cover 21201003015.
Can I leave it on while the fryer is running?
Atosa does not say. Its fryer manual warns against covering the exhaust while the fryer is running, so put the cover on only after the fryer is off and the oil has cooled.
Is it included with the fryer?
Atosa lists the cover as an optional accessory on its ATFS spec sheets, so it is sold separately.
