Atosa part 21201003015 is the fryer cover for the Atosa ATFS-75 and ATFS-75ES gas floor fryers. It sits over the fry pot while the fryer is off and lifts off by its stainless steel handle. The smaller ATFS-35ES, ATFS-40, ATFS-50, ATFS-40ES and ATFS-50ES use cover 21201001019.
