A 58" forced air milk cooler that keeps 16 crates of milk cold and within reach on a serving line.
The Atosa AMC-5802 is made for school cafeterias, daycares and serving lines: it holds 16 standard 13" milk crates in a 20.09 cu. ft. stainless steel cabinet, with top-mounted forced air refrigeration and a digital controller. Sliding doors on both sides, so staff can load from one side while students or guests take from the other. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet (3.0 amps) and rolls on 4" casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 34-1/4" depth. The refrigeration sits on top, so leave room above and around it to breathe, as Atosa asks.
Sized for 16 standard 13" x 13" milk crates on dunnage racks over a heavy-duty, reinforced floor.
Top-mounted forced air refrigeration with a digital temperature controller; Atosa recommends setting it between 35°F and 38°F.

The AMC-5802 is double-sided: sliding doors on both sides, so it can be loaded from the back and served from the front. Atosa makes single-sided versions (model numbers ending in 01).

The cabinet is stainless steel with snap-in door gaskets, and the floor has a drain with a plug for washing out.
