Vulcan 36ESB-208 36" Electric Salamander Broiler, 208V, 4.5 kW, Dual Heat Zones, 6-Position Carriage
A 36" electric salamander for finishing, browning and melting over the range or on the wall.
The Vulcan 36ESB-208 is a 36" electric salamander broiler wired for 208V. Two 2,250 watt elements with separate controls let you run two heat zones, from 250°F to 800°F at the rack. A cool-to-the-touch lever sets the broiling carriage in six positions, and a removable full-width spillage pan catches drippings. Mount it on a range with a reinforced shelf, on the wall with brackets, or on the counter with legs; each mounting kit is sold separately.

Two 2,250 watt elements, each on its own control, give you a hotter and a cooler side for zone cooking.
Vulcan rates the temperature at the rack from 250°F to 800°F.
A cool-to-the-touch knob on the lever moves the broiling carriage and holds it in one of six positions.
The heavy-duty chrome plated grid measures 27-1/2" W x 13" D. A removable full-width spillage pan slides out for cleaning.
Mount on a range with the reinforced shelf, on a wall with brackets, or on a counter with 4" adjustable legs, all sold as options.
Vulcan ships the 36ESB-208 for 208V 3-phase, and it is field convertible to single phase. On single phase it draws 21.6 A.
It can sit on a range with the optional stainless steel reinforced shelf, hang on the wall with the optional bracket set, or stand on a counter with the optional 4" legs. Choose one when you order.
Vulcan rates the 36ESB at 250°F to 800°F at the rack, with two separately controlled 2,250 watt elements.
From combustible construction: 2" at the rear and 8" at the sides.
The chrome plated grid is 27-1/2" wide x 13" deep and the carriage adjusts to six positions.
