A 46-3/4" low profile charbroiler with 8 independently controlled burners.
The Vulcan VCCB47 is a 46-3/4" VCCB Series countertop gas charbroiler with 8 cast iron burners at 14,500 BTU/hr each, 116,000 BTU/hr in total. Cast iron char-radiants sit under reversible 5-1/4" cast iron grates, and each burner has its own infinite heat control valve. Full width front grease drawers sit in a cool zone created by an underburner deflector.
Plan a non-combustible spot: the unit needs 46-3/4" of width, 27-1/4" of depth and 3" behind it.
8 cast iron burners, one under each grate, give 116,000 BTU/hr across a 43" x 20-1/2" broiling area.
5-1/4" sloped grates flip for level broiling or self-cleaning; a cast-in trough in each blade carries fat away and controls flare-ups.
Heavy duty cast iron char-radiants sit over heavy duty cast iron burners.
An underburner deflector reflects heat up, keeping the grease drawers and drip areas cooler.
One infinite heat control valve per burner lets you run hot and cooler zones side by side.

Vulcan rates the VCCB series for non-combustible locations only, with 3" at the back and 0" at the sides.
The broiling area is 43" x 20-1/2" with 8 grates, each 5-1/4" wide.
A 3/4" rear gas connection. The supplied regulator must be installed: 5.0" W.C. natural gas, 10.0" W.C. propane.
The unit stands on 4" adjustable legs; Vulcan offers the STAND/C-48 stainless steel stand with undershelf and casters for this model.
Vulcan lists a one year limited parts and labor warranty on the spec sheet.
