The Vulcan VCRB25 is a 25.4" Core Series countertop radiant gas charbroiler. 4 cast iron burners at 14,500 BTU/hr each give 58,000 BTU/hr under cast iron char-radiants and reversible 5-1/4" cast iron grates. It is built for natural gas, and Vulcan packs an LP conversion kit with the unit.
Check the counter or stand: the unit needs 25.4" of width, 27" of depth and 3" on each side and at the rear.
4 cast iron burners, one under each grate, 58,000 BTU/hr in total.
5-1/4" cast iron grates are reversible for level or inclined broiling positions.
Heavy duty cast iron char-radiants sit over the cast iron burners.
An underburner deflector reflects heat up and keeps the full width grease drawer cooler.
Built for natural gas with a convertible regulator; the LP conversion kit ships with the unit.
Vulcan builds it for natural gas and ships an LP conversion kit with the unit. The conversion is the customer's responsibility, so tell us which gas you have when you order.
