The Vulcan VICM24 is a 24" Core Series gas infrared cheesemelter with 1 heavy-duty pre-mix atmospheric infrared burner, 20,000 BTU/hr in total. A chrome plated grid rack sits in a 3-position rack guide, and removable full-width spillage pan slide out for cleaning. It ships built for natural gas with a propane conversion kit and wall mounting brackets; 4" legs for counter use are an option.
