The Vulcan VICM72 is a 72" Core Series gas infrared cheesemelter with 2 heavy-duty pre-mix atmospheric infrared burners, 60,000 BTU/hr in total. A chrome plated grid rack sits in a 3-position rack guide, and removable full-width spillage pans slide out for cleaning. It ships built for natural gas with a propane conversion kit and wall mounting brackets; 4" legs for counter use are an option.
