Two broiler decks in one 36" footprint for steakhouse-level volume.
The Vulcan VIR2 is a V Series 36" double deck gas broiler with both decks infrared: four 25,000 BTU/hr ceramic tile-faced burners per deck. Each deck has two infinite heat controls and a spring-balanced grid that rolls on bearings and locks in five positions. Total input is 200,000 BTU/hr with a 1" rear gas connection and a regulator supplied.
Measure doorways: the smallest outside dimension is the 36" width; depth is 54-3/4" with the drawer fully extended.
Two full broiler sections stacked in 36" of line space: both decks infrared: four 25,000 BTU/hr ceramic tile-faced burners per deck.
Two infinite heat valves per deck set the temperature for each menu item.
Each 25-1/2" x 25" grid (638 sq. in.) rides on roller bearings and locks in five broiling levels.
Cold rolled steel grid bars give clean grill marks.
Insulation between the outer and inner walls keeps heat in the broiler.
Either; specify the gas type when ordering. Vulcan supplies a 1" regulator.
