The Vulcan VST3B is a 36" heavy duty gas chop house broiler. Three 33,500 BTU/hr cast iron burners with ceramic radiant tiles (100,000 BTU/hr) reach up to 950°F across the grid, while the 1/2" griddle plate on top reaches 650°F. It stands on a stainless leg stand with 6" casters.
Measure doorways: the smallest outside dimension is the 36" width.
