The Vulcan VTEC25 is a 25-1/2" VTEC Series countertop charbroiler with Vulcan's IRX infrared burner system. 2 burner zones at 22,000 BTU/hr each give 44,000 BTU/hr under 11" x 25" stainless steel grids. A rotary piezo igniter lights each burner, so there are no standing pilots and no power cord.
Check the counter or stand: the unit needs 25.4" of width and 35.1" of depth.
Each 12" zone has a 22,000 BTU/hr patented infrared burner; Vulcan says IRX uses half the gas of a traditional charbroiler.
The steel emitter panel blocks convective air, which Vulcan says cuts flare-ups and keeps product from drying out.

11" x 25" stainless steel grids give about 2 sq. ft. per burner zone, 22" x 25.25" in total.
