The Vulcan VCRG24-T is a 24" Core Series countertop gas griddle with a 1" thick polished steel plate, 24" x 24". 2 U-shaped burners at 25,000 BTU/hr each give 50,000 BTU/hr, each with an embedded snap-action thermostat from 200°F to 450°F. It is built for natural gas, and Vulcan packs an LP conversion kit with the unit.
Check the counter or stand: the unit needs 24" of width and 30.5" of depth, plus 6" from combustible walls.
A 24" x 24" plate, 1" thick, welded to 3-1/4" stainless back and side splashes.
One embedded snap-action thermostat per burner holds each 12" zone from 200°F to 450°F.
2 U-shaped aluminized steel burners, one per 12", 50,000 BTU/hr in total.
A stainless steel grease trough drains to a high capacity 4-1/2 quart grease can.
Built for natural gas with a convertible regulator; the LP conversion kit ships with the unit.
One pilot safety valve for every two burners shuts off gas to pilot and burners if a pilot goes out.
Vulcan builds it for natural gas and ships an LP conversion kit with the unit. The conversion is the customer's responsibility, so tell us which gas you have when you order.
