A 48" heavy duty griddle with a 1" steel plate and simple manual valves.
The Vulcan VMG48 is a 48" countertop gas griddle from the VMG heavy duty series with a 48" x 24", 1" thick polished steel plate. 4 U-shaped burners at 27,000 BTU/hr each give 108,000 BTU/hr, with one manual high range valve per burner. It lights with a standing pilot and stands on 4" adjustable legs.
Check the counter, stand or base: the unit needs 48" of width and 31-1/2" of depth, plus 6" from combustible walls.
A 48" x 24" polished steel plate, 1" thick, with 12 gauge 4" stainless back and tapered side splashes.
One high range infinite heat control valve per burner gives each 12" zone its own flame setting.
4 U-shaped aluminized steel burners, one per 12", for 108,000 BTU/hr in total.
A spatula wide 3-1/2" gutter and fully welded chute feed a 6 quart grease drawer and stop grease migration.
The stainless front top ledge stays cooler for cooks leaning in, on a fully welded chassis.
