Dukers countertop gas cooking from 12" to 48" wide: DCGM griddles with a 3/4" steel plate and DCGMA with a 1" plate, DCCB radiant charbroilers and DCHPA hot plates with 2 to 8 burners. All use manual controls, ship for natural gas and include an LP conversion kit. Griddles run 60,000 to 120,000 BTU.
