Henny Penny pressure fryers for bone-in chicken and other high-moisture foods: PFE 500 electric and PFG 600 gas 4-head fryers with 48 lb and 43 lb oil capacity, and the 8-head PFG 690 high-volume fryer with a 130 lb vat. All have built-in filtration, and the 4-head models come with Computron 1000 or 8000 controls.
