Refrigeration-X X-Line refrigerated prep tables in two tops: XST standard-top tables with 8 to 18 sixth-size pans and XST mega-top tables (XST-28-12 to XST-72-30) with 12 to 30 pans. Widths run from 27 1/2" to 72 3/4" with 1 to 3 solid doors. All hold 33°F to 39°F, include pans and a 9 1/2" cutting board, and plug into 115V.
