Sirman warranty by product line
Sirman USA gives one warranty term for all of its equipment and a shorter one for accessories. The difference between lines is where the service happens.
| Line | Warranty | Service |
|---|---|---|
| Heavy-duty slicers, flywheel (Volano) slicers, pasta machines, vacuum sealers, heavy-duty meat grinders, meat mixers, hydraulic stuffers | 1 year parts and labor | On-site |
| All other Sirman equipment (light-duty slicers and grinders, food processors, panini grills, blenders and more) | 1 year parts and labor | Carry-in |
| Accessories | 30 days, replacement or repair | From date of purchase |
- The warranty starts on the date of purchase and covers flaws in materials and workmanship when the unit is used according to Sirman's instructions.
- The owner calls Sirman USA to start a claim, and Sirman USA must authorize the work in advance. Service runs 8 AM to 4 PM local time, Monday to Friday; Sirman does not pay overtime.
- Not covered: transit damage (report it to the carrier right away), misuse, improper installation, normal wear, slicers whose blade has not been sharpened, and pasta machines, bowl cutters, cheese graters or meat grinders damaged by changing gears while running or by overloading.
- Sirman USA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
The document is dated July 2015 and is the newest Sirman USA warranty we could find, so we confirm the current terms for your model with every quote.

How to read a Sirman model number
Sirman uses two names for each machine: a series name with a number (Palladio 330, Katana 12, IS 25 IDRA) and a numeric item code (153345298TNA). Order by the item code, because one series comes in several versions.
Palladio 330 EVO = 153345298TNAPalladio = slicer series · 330 = 330 mm blade, about 13" · EVO = updated version · 1533… = item code for that exact version
| Series number | What it means |
|---|---|
| Slicers: Mirra 300, Palladio 300 and 330, Raffaello, Mantegna and Galileo 350 | Blade diameter in mm: 300 = 12", 330 = 13", 350 = 14" |
| TC 22, TC 32 meat grinders | Grinder series; the name after it (E, Dakota, Colorado, California) is the version, with its own motor size |
| IS 8 X, IS 16 X, IS 25 IDRA | Sausage stuffer with a cylinder of about 8.5, 17 or 26 qt.; X = horizontal manual, VX = vertical manual, IDRA = hydraulic |
| C-Tronic 4, 6, 9 | Batch bowl food processor, bowl size in quarts |
| Katana 6, 12, 20 | Horizontal bowl cutter with a bowl of about 6, 13 or 21 qt. |
| Hercules 30, 50 | Spiral dough mixer size class (Hercules 30 = 34 qt. bowl, Hercules 50 = 55 qt.) |
| Elio, Cort, PD + LL, R, L, M | Panini grill size (PD = double) and plates: LL = smooth, R = grooved, L or M = mixed; PS = removable plates |
| 2818x… pasta dies | 28180 = Concerto 5 / I2Pasta, 28183 = Orchestra 10, 28184 = Sinfonia; the last digits are the shape number (#9 spaghetti, #36 fettuccine) |

Who makes Sirman, and where is Sirman made?
Sirman S.p.A. is an Italian manufacturer based at Viale dell'Industria 9 in Curtarolo, in the province of Padua. According to Sirman, the company grew from the idea of its founder, Nereo Marzaro, has made food service equipment for more than 50 years, and designs and manufactures its products in Italy.
Sirman USA, Inc. was Sirman's first sales office outside Italy, opened in 1999, and handles sales, warranty and parts in the United States from Illinois. Sirman also runs offices in China and Brazil.

Certifications and ENERGY STAR
- Many Sirman slicers and meat grinders sold in the US are listed as UL or ETL certified, and the Anniversario flywheel slicers as NSF. The listing is shown in each product title and spec sheet; check it if your health inspector asks.
- ENERGY STAR: the ENERGY STAR commercial dishwasher dataset lists no Sirman models (checked October 28, 2026). Most Sirman lines, such as slicers, grinders and vacuum sealers, have no ENERGY STAR category.

Which Sirman slicer should you buy?
- 10" and 12" entry slicers (Mirra and 1425/1430 codes): cafés and small kitchens slicing for short periods. Carry-in warranty.
- 12" and 13" Palladio: restaurants and sandwich shops; automatic Palladio 330 versions slice on their own for big batches.
- 14" and 15" Raffaello, Mantegna, Galileo: delis and butcher counters slicing large cured meats and cheese for hours a day. Heavy-duty slicers get on-site warranty service.
- Anniversario flywheel slicers: hand-cranked slicers for prosciutto, often placed in front of guests.
Sharpen the blade as the manual says. Sirman excludes slicers whose blade has not been sharpened from its warranty.
Which Sirman meat grinder size do you need?
Size the grinder to your busiest hour. The 1/3 and 1/2 HP countertop grinders, rated around 5 lb per minute in our titles, suit restaurants grinding for burgers. TC 22 models from 1-1/4 to 2 HP suit busy kitchens and small butcher shops. TC 32 grinders at 3 HP and the 4 HP and 7 HP floor grinders, rated up to 7,500 lb per hour, are for meat departments and processors, and several need 220V three-phase power. Never change gears while the grinder runs: Sirman excludes that damage from its warranty.
Is Sirman a good brand?
Sirman is an Italian specialist in slicers, grinders and butcher equipment with a wide range: you can equip a deli, butcher shop or pizzeria from one maker, and heavy-duty slicers, grinders, vacuum sealers, pasta machines, meat mixers and hydraulic stuffers get on-site warranty service.
The trade-offs: the warranty is one year for all equipment and 30 days for accessories, claims must be approved by Sirman USA first, and some large machines need 220V or three-phase power. Compare the duty rating, blade or bowl size and voltage, not only the price.
Sirman vs other slicer and grinder brands
When you compare Sirman with other slicer and grinder makers on our site, compare the same points on each spec sheet:
- Blade size and drive: belt or gear driven, manual or automatic feed.
- Warranty length and service: Sirman gives one year parts and labor, on-site for its heavy-duty lines.
- Power: 120V plug-in or 220V and three-phase.
- Listings: UL, ETL or NSF as your inspector requires.
Call 201-467-8222 and we will line up two or three options side by side.

Sirman USA's warranty document (Rev. 07.15) gives all Sirman equipment one year of parts and labor against flaws in materials and workmanship, from the date of purchase. Heavy-duty slicers, flywheel slicers, pasta machines, vacuum sealers, heavy-duty grinders, meat mixers and hydraulic stuffers get on-site service; other equipment is carry-in. Accessories carry 30 days. We confirm current terms with your quote.
Where is Sirman made?
Sirman designs and manufactures its equipment in Italy. Sirman S.p.A. is based in Curtarolo, in the province of Padua, and according to the company it has made food service equipment for more than 50 years. Sirman USA, opened in 1999 as its first office outside Italy, handles sales, warranty and parts in the United States.
Is Sirman a good brand for meat slicers?
Sirman makes slicers from 10" entry models to 14" and 15" heavy-duty Mantegna, Raffaello and Galileo slicers and Anniversario flywheel slicers for prosciutto. Heavy-duty and flywheel slicers get on-site warranty service. The warranty is one year, and blades must be sharpened as the manual says, so match the slicer size and duty to how many hours a day you slice.
Which Sirman meat grinder should I buy?
Pick by volume and power. The 1/3 and 1/2 HP countertop grinders on 120V suit restaurants grinding for burgers. TC 22 grinders from 1-1/4 to 2 HP handle busy kitchens and small butcher shops. TC 32 and the 4 HP and 7 HP floor grinders are for meat departments and several need 220V three-phase power. Call us to match a grinder to your daily pounds.
How do I get Sirman parts or service?
Sirman sends end customers to the dealer they bought from for technical support, and warranty work must be approved by Sirman USA in advance. If you bought from Atlantic, call 201-467-8222 with the model, serial number and invoice and we open the claim. For parts, give us the Sirman part number or the machine's serial number from the rating plate.

Sirman die codes start with the machine they fit: 28180 dies fit the Concerto 5 and I2Pasta, 28183 dies fit the Orchestra 10 2V, and 28184 dies fit the Sinfonia. The last digits are the shape number, for example #9 spaghetti, #36 fettuccine or #1000 lasagna. Check your machine model before ordering, because the dies are not interchangeable between machines.
Do Sirman vacuum sealers need oil changes?
Sirman sells AOR (Automatic Oil Replacement) versions of its chamber vacuum sealers and an AOR kit for TOP models, because the vacuum pumps run on oil. On other models, change the oil on the schedule in the manual. Sirman lists vacuum sealers among the lines with on-site warranty service. Choose the seal bar length, 12", 16" or 20", by the largest bag you use.
How much is shipping on Sirman equipment?
