Blodgett 30" half-size convection ovens for 5 half sheet pans per section. CTB (left-hinged door) and CTBR (right-hinged door) electric ovens run at 5.6 kW on 208-240V; DFG-50 gas ovens are rated 27,500 BTU for natural gas or LP. Buy a single, a double stack, a base section or an add-on section. Every model ships free to the contiguous US with quick shipping.
